The Word - "Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another." Ephesians 4:25 ESV

A Thought - The best part about always telling the truth is that I don't need a good memory to keep track of what I said to whom. Telling the truth has the added bonuses of making one trustworthy and of being pleasing to God.

A Prayer - Lord, help me to be honest in all of my speech. Let not even the tiniest lie escape from my lips or even be born in my heart. I've heard of habitual liars, but I choose to be a habitual truth teller. - In Jesus' name, Amen.
