The Word - "Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for such sacrifices are pleasing to God." Hebrews 13:16 ESV

A Thought - A lot of the blessing of sharing has been lost in the last decade. Yes, we share our wise opinions on social media, but that is often the sum of our sharing. Try to share your time, your talents, your friendship, your table and see what happens. If something seems hard to share, press in on that one. There's probably a blessing in there somewhere. Share out of your excess AND out of your lack. God can do great things with a little gift.

A Prayer - Lord, I know that if I look in the right places, I will find that I have a lot to share. Show me. Help me to hold things with an open hand so that I can be a part of Your economy of blessing. Thank You for sharing Your Son with the world. - In Jesus' name, Amen.
