The Word - "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." Psalm 46:1 ESV

A Thought - I always keep my wallet in the same spot. When I need it, I don't wonder if it will be there. I reach for it and there it is. God, being our "very present help" means that we don't have to go looking for him when chaos ensues. We simply reach for Him and He is there. Always!

A Prayer - Lord, You are my hiding place and my strength. No matter what is happening, I know that I can always run to You. If everything goes crazy today, You will help me. I'm thankful that I am never alone and never need to be my own hero. - In the Name of Jesus, Amen.
